How Does It Work?

Joining a one hour conference call each week allows you to learn and implement at the right pace, building the foundation first and then the next steps in sequence.  In addition, our coaching program is designed to encourage your whole team to participate by allowing team members to join the call from wherever they are or listen in to a recording of the call later in the day.  Either way, your volunteers will appreciate the opportunity to participate and you will benefit by having a larger group in the know.
